General Conduct
All members of Atlas Skyways are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful
manner at all times. This includes interactions on our website, Discord server, and during online
flights.
Flight Operations
1. Flight Planning
- All flights must be properly planned using approved flight planning tools
- Pilots must file a flight plan before departure
- Realistic fuel planning is required for all flights
2. Aircraft Operations
- Pilots must only fly aircraft they are qualified for
- Proper checklists must be followed
- Aircraft must be operated within their limitations
3. PIREP Filing
- All flights must be logged via PIREP within 48 hours
- PIREPs must include accurate flight information
- Falsifying PIREPs is strictly prohibited
Online Flying
- When flying on IVAO or VATSIM, follow their respective rules and procedures
- Maintain professional communication with ATC
- Use proper phraseology and procedures
Inactivity Policy
Pilots must complete at least one flight every 30 days to remain active. Pilots who become inactive
will be contacted and may be moved to inactive status.
Violations
Violations of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership, depending
on the severity and frequency of the violation.
