Pilot Conduct

Pilots must:

• Treat others respectfully
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or toxicity
• Follow network rules (IVAO)
• Maintain realistic operations when possible

Activity Requirements

• File at least 1 flight per month
• Inactivity beyond 90 days may lead to removal or transfer to inactive roster

Flight Rules

• Use realistic routes and approved aircraft
• No intentional abuse of the system (e.g., time acceleration beyond limits)
• No fake or manipulated PIREPs

Rank & Awards

• Ranks are based on hours and activity
• Staff may revoke awards if obtained unfairly

Accounts

• One account per person
• Sharing accounts is prohibited

Staff Authority

Staff decisions on safety, fairness, and realism are final. Appeals can be made politely via official channels.

Branding & Representation

Pilots representing the VA should behave professionally on networks and social platforms.
